Returns & Exchanges

At SkyTree Phones, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new device. If your electronics don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SkyTree account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and ensure the phone is packed in its original box with all included accessories.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
